1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using PM Portal ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Who Can Use the Platform

PM Portal is a business-to-business (B2B) marketplace for precious metals trading. You must register on behalf of a legitimate business entity and provide accurate company information. We verify company details before granting full access, and may suspend or reject accounts that fail verification.

3. Listings and Offers

Buy/sell offers posted on the Platform are created by users and reflect their own pricing and terms. PM Portal does not set prices, does not take title to any goods, and is not a party to any transaction between users.

4. No Guarantee of Transactions

PM Portal facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers but does not guarantee the completion, quality, authenticity, or delivery of any precious metals traded between users. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, verification, and risk assessment before entering into any transaction.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription plan. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform for fraudulent listings, money laundering, trading in stolen or illicitly sourced materials, or any activity that violates applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PM Portal and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from any transaction between users.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, at our discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
